Kingsbridge is a working market town with a strong second-home and holiday-let layer on top — particularly along Fore Street, around the Quay, and out towards Salcombe. The property mix runs from Georgian merchant townhouses on the high street, to Victorian terraces in the lanes behind, to modern apartments built around the estuary frontage.
